The bouquet of [ou:zero] is achieved through aromatic star anise – supported by selected botanicals and a fine balance of sweetness, freshness, and spice. The aroma is reminiscent of rosemary, thyme, and mint, appearing like a hint of lemon peel, with nuances of pepper, fennel, and licorice.
