For over four decades, I have lived for the art of mixing.
As a bartender, bar manager, and bar owner, I have gained experience on all five continents – from international top events to exclusive private functions.

This journey led me to win the world championship title, be named Bartender of the Year, appear on German television, and publish four books. I had the privilege of serving personalities like Franz Beckenbauer, Diego Maradona, Angelina Jolie, Nicolas Cage, and Thomas Gottschalk, and delighting people worldwide with my creations.

My motivation has always been the same: the search for that little "extra" that transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary. It was with this very attitude that [ou:zero] was created – the alcohol-free premium anise aperitif. A product that combines tradition, zeitgeist, and conscious indulgence.
