FROM SAMOS WITH SPIRIT

Heritage meets modern taste.

Samos, 2022. Two friends, one idea.
We are Hercules Tsibis, a Greek native who has been at home in the international bar and hotel scene for over 40 years, and Tommi Sellerer, a communication designer from Germany. Over a glass of ouzo on Hercules' home island, we asked ourselves a simple question:
Can the Greek way of life be translated into a modern non-alcoholic aperitif?

Hercules:
"For me, it was immediately clear: If we do this, it has to have real character. A drink needs balance, craftsmanship, and a clear idea. That's exactly what we wanted to achieve, even without alcohol."

Tommi:
"I was excited by the challenge: How do you translate heritage and atmosphere into a modern product? [ou:zero] combines exactly that – Greece, design, and a new drinking experience."

Three years of development and countless distillate experiments later, [ou:zero] was born – a Mediterranean aperitif with anise, delicate herbs, a clear structure, and a light, harmonious sweetness. A drink that tastes like Greece – completely without alcohol.

THE SECRET IN THE LINES

Enigmata

In Greek, Enigmata means "riddles" or "secrets" – things that don't immediately reveal themselves but unfold over time. This concept gave rise to our visual language: a system of lines, shapes, and symbols – inspired by the movement of life and the energy of the moment.

It stands for connection, balance, and rhythm – for everything that defines [ou:zero]: heritage, passion, and modern lightness. Every line tells of an encounter, every circle of harmony, every curve of change.
Together, they form a pattern that is not meant to be read, but felt.

Enigmata is not a riddle that needs to be solved – but an invitation to look, feel, and interpret. Because some things are understood not with the head, but with the heart.
